CULOTTES ARE BACK

Yes, Culottes are coming back now. They're fun, comfy and perfect for spring. I wore my new favorite Culottes from Mango with the Converses and a crop top for a casual look the other day. There are so many Culottes available now in different colors and prints. Black is very chic indeeed and can go with almost everything. Light colors or pastel colors are more fun when the weather is getting warmer. I picked a few for you guys below and hope you can find one you like too. Thank you so much for reading and I will talk to you guys very soon:)

VERY SASA

Happy Monday, loves! Hope you all had a great Easter weekend! Did you guys see the big egg hunt at Rockefeller Center? So many cute eggs are on display for Easter. If you follow me on Instagram, you know which egg was my favorite one:) Yesterday, I went to the Brooklyn Museum to check out Ai Wei Wei's According to What exhibition. Oh my, he is such a talented man. Love so many pieces from the exhibition.

I feel today's outfit is a very good representation of my personal style: Off Shoulder, lace, leather, ruffle and flare sleeves. These are my favorites and that's why I call it Very Sasa. It is such a pretty and ultra feminine top and I'm so in love with it and every single detail about it. Thank you so much for reading and have a great beginning of the new week:)

ROUGE

Happy Wednesday, Loves! I woke up super early today for the 2014 New York International Auto Show. Yes, it just opened to the press today. I love cars and cannot wait to share some photos with you guys soon.

I hope you guys found something you like on Shopbop during their Friends & Family event. The sale will end at 11:59pm PT Apr 17th.

Red Jumpsuit, red Giuseppe and rouge lip color with Pink Sakura. This is the outfit I wore to see the Cherry Blossoms the past weekend in Washington DC. Love the tie detail of the jumpsuit. I love wearing red even when I'm feeling a bit under the weather sometimes because red has the power to cheer you up and make you look more energetic. It is a great day and night look, perfect for date night. Thank you so much for reading and enjoy your Wednesday:)

THE DENIM SHIRT DRESS

Happy Monday, Loves! Hope you had a great weekend no matter if you were at Coachella or at the Cherry Blossom Festival. The weather was gorgeous and felt like multiple summer days back to back. I went to see the cherry blossoms with Mr. SF in Washington DC. Pink Sakura falling off the tree was such a beautiful and romantic thing. I enjoyed every moment of it. I will share the outfit from the Cherry Blossom Festival very soon:)

I've been searching for the perfect denim shirt dress. The denim look is just effortless chic and with the right statement shoes,it's the perfect spring look. You can never go wrong with it. It's such a versatile piece that I would wear this denim shirt dress as a dress, top, bottom or layer it as a light coat. With a belt, it will give your body a great shape. Without a belt, it looks sexier as a shirt dress. I wore it to dinner with friends the other day. It is a great dress for both day and night. Hope the weather will be like this past weekend everyday in New York City this week. Have an amazing Monday:)

FLOWY LACEY

Happy Tuesday, loves! I can’t believe the time has flown by so fast and that it's been one year since I started Shall We Sasa. Happy birthday to all of you that have been with me on this amazing journey. There have been so many precious moments that I will always cherish in my heart like my first time at NYFW with a press pass, my first collaboration with a brand, my first feature on a website, the first time I met some of my favorite fashion role models in real life etc. All these would not have happened without your support, so I want to say thank you one more time from the bottom of my heart.

Someone the other day asked me if I still love what I'm doing. I think my answer has never changed this entire time. I still have that pitter patter quickening heartbeat when I see something that I'm in love with. No matter if it's an Acne Studios sweater or if it's a statement clutch like my last post, I appreciate and I cherish each item so so much. My personal style is still evolving everyday. I hope this process inspires you and you continue to enjoy wherever this journey takes me in the future.

I wore this outfit the other day when the weather was gorgeous in the city. It’s a pink lace top and a flowy wide leg pair of pants that are perfect for spring – what an ultra-feminine look. Thank you so much for reading and for all of your support along the way. Have an amazing day, loves!

ACNE STUDIOS MEETS GIGI

There has never been a time in my life that I’ve been so in love with Acne Studios. This sweater is my very first piece from Acne Studios. The sheer and airy material totally caught my eye. It's perfect for spring and now that the weather is getting better and better in New York City, I can’t wait to get out in the sun with it on. I've been looking for a new tote because of the style and the fact that it’s a super practical bag. I remember how excited I was when I first met this white Gigi NY tote. The outfit is casual but not so casual at the same time, it’ll work great for those first few beautiful weekends this spring. Thank you so much for your support. Have an amazing weekend :)

SHALL WE DANCE

The midi skirt has been everywhere this spring. You guys know how much I love midi skirts (like this one and that one), but I also love mini-skirts. Who could pass on a cute mini? This grey one is super cute and has both volume and shape. It just makes me want to dance. I paired it with this Elizabeth and James shirt that I’ve had for a long time and wore it on a recent date night. After owning it for so long, I still love this shirt. When the weather warms up a little, you can also wear the skirt with a crop top for a night out. Most importantly, the price of the skirt is to die for :) Have a great Thursday and weekend and thank you so much for reading :)

SPRING MUST HAVE: SLIP ON

Floral

Checker

Leopard

Studs

Lace

I have to admit that I'm not a sneaker person since I really only own two pairs of Converses, a pair of Ash wedge sneakers and a pair of Nikes. Sneakers, though, are definitely making a comeback right now. Cute slip-ons are essentials for spring, so I thought to myself, why not pick up a pair? So I went on a little slip-on hunt and searched through a number of different styles. Here are some of that caught my eye. There are a few similar ones with a wide price range for you to choose from. Guess which one I bought? :)

I hope you find your perfect slip-on for the spring season. Thankfully spring really isn’t too far away. Have a great Wednesday! XOXO

WORKDAY OUTFIT

Happy Monday, loves! The weather was nice here in New York City this past weekend. Hope all the New Yorkers got to enjoy it. I’m sure you guys saw the news about the missing aircraft from Malaysia to China. The news is just so heartbreaking and my condolences go out to the family members of the passengers on the airplane. Hopefully, we’ll get some more answers in the coming days, but tragic events unfortunately do happen in our lives when we least expect them to. Life is really too short to be wasted on things or people that are not worth it. No one can predict the unexpected, but I truly want to live my life and enjoy every minute of it.

This outfit is perfect for both the office and during the day on the weekend. I love the neutral color. No matter the current trends, a nude color coat will likely become a staple in your wardrobe just like a simple black coat. It's also great to have for spring. You can also always wear denim with this neutral color coat. It's definitely one of my new favorite workday outfits. Enjoy your Monday and thank you so much for reading :) XOXO
