Despite the cold weather during the winter, the date night needs to still go on. Even, though, it's freezing in New York City these days, I feel that I still need to get out everyday to get some fresh air and go on date nights with Mr. SF to enjoy some quality time of our own. I wore this outfit last weekend on our date night. The mesh detail of the skirt is really pretty and the floral on the mesh just adds so much femininity to the skirt. Skirts always have the power to make me feel special and girly. Compared to other skirts, it's also thicker, which is definitely better for the winter. I strongly recommend that you girls check out this skirt if you are looking for something pretty to wear for winter date nights or Valentine's day, which is quickly approaching. The pop of pink bag makes the whole look more fun and mini bags are really popular these days.

Do you guys buy the same item in different colors sometimes when it's too hard to choose among the colors or you just simply love them all? Isn't awesome to have the same beloved item in a rainbow of colors? Haha, this was exactly what happened when I saw this off shoulder top. Do you guys remember the same top in lime that I wore with a pair of J Brand jeans? Lime gives that pop in the summer, but white is so pretty and easy to match with almost everything. It was really tough for me to give up one of them so I bought the white one as well. In this outfit I'm wearing it with a pencil skirt. A versatile piece that can easily go with so many different items to create a different silhouette and style.
A lady like look definitely needs some feminine and trendy accessories to go with it. I love wearing rings and having a ring party on my hand. It makes the whole look more sophisticated. Every year the 7th day of the 7th month in the Chinese lunar calendar is Chinese Valentine's day aka Qi Xi. It was August 2nd this year and this was the outfit I wore for Qi Xi. Mr. SF and I don't really celebrate Qi Xi as much as February 14th, but we still spend time together and grab some yummy food that we both enjoy. We treat that day a little more casually than Feb14th. To find something to wear for Qi Xi, I was thinking I wanted to look for something lacey but not so formal. It should be romantic but fun. When I saw this romper from Windsor, I knew it was exactly what I was looking for. I really adore the back, the crochet strap and the lace overlay of the romper. I wore it during the day and at night. I'm thinking about wearing it out to a rooftop happy hour with friends this week. I can't wait:)

TGIF, loves! This is the first post from my LA trip. It was the first night we arrived and I stopped by the LACMA with Mr. SF before we went out for a late dinner. The LACMA has the most amazing lighting and it was so beautiful there. The coral dress with the ruffle detail is very romantic and the flowy material is so comfy. The midi skirt has been everywhere this spring. You guys know how much I love midi skirts (like this one and that one), but I also love mini-skirts. Who could pass on a cute mini? This grey one is super cute and has both volume and shape. It just makes me want to dance. I paired it with thisElizabeth and James shirt that I’ve had for a long time and wore it on a recent date night. After owning it for so long, I still love this shirt.When the weather warms up a little, you can also wear the skirt with a crop top for a night out.
