THE PEPLUM HEM SKIRT

 I had a prior post about the reasons you should wear a pencil skirt (here). The romantic peplum hem skirt really has many of the same great features that a pencil skirt has, plus it adds a flirty finish. Having a few feminine skirts in different styles is a good idea for your wardrobe. Also, you will find them useful when you have a date, an after work event or even a nice outing on the weekend, especially with the holiday season right around the corner. I’d wear this skirt with sweaters and coats for the Fall and Winter and will definitely show you girls a few looks later. FALL ESSENTIAL SERIES: THE DENIM JACKET

I've been living in my floppy hat and pearl accessories ever since I recently bought them. (if you guys remember the post here). Today I want to show you girls a classic and versatile item that will help you transition from summer to fall, the denim jacket.

Every girl should have a denim jacket in their closet because it goes well with so many different items like dresses, skirts, jeans and pants etc. There are also so many ways to wear it such as wrapping it around your waist or layering it with another jacket or coat when the weather gets colder. There are different types of denim jackets: cropped, fitted or oversized. I personally prefer the oversized denim jacket. You can actually wear it well into the fall season and even during the winter if you layer with it. My preference is for this light washed denim color and I wore it with a shirt dress. Do you girls have a denim jacket and if so, what kind and how do you like to wear it?

每个女生都应该有一件因为真的太好搭配了，像小礼服，裙子，牛仔裤和裤子都可以搭。而且爱怎么穿怎么穿，随意的绑在腰上或者和其他外套曾叠都好。牛仔外套有不同的类型，短的，贴身的或者是宽松的大大的。我非常喜欢这种大大的牛仔外套，天冷了之后可以和很多外套一起穿，这样穿的时间更久，而且淡些的颜色显的更加时尚。今天这身我搭配了衬衫裙。你们已经有牛仔外套了吗？如果是的话，是什么类型的呢？你们都爱怎么搭配？

AUTUMN FOLIAGE

The beautiful autumn foliage colors inspired me to create a colorful look for the season. I wanted to explore more color options and also to challenge myself. I'm wearing these suede pumps that I'm madly in love with right now. After all these years, I still have a soft spot for pointy toe stilettos. They are the symbol of ultimate class and femininity. The camel blazer gives a luxe feel to the whole outfit and it always reminds me so much of autumn. Camel, this classic color, just blends well with so many other colors. The neon pink is like the pop of orange and red that brings out the autumn foliage that just makes the scene even more beautiful. I'm really happy with this camel and neon pink look and the fun colors always are a mood booster for me. What color combination have you girls tried to make your outfit more fun for fall?

COBALT LEOPARD

Leopard in cobalt, the front slit and the front zipper pocket all caught my eye when I saw this beautiful, bold and edgy skirt. I knew immediately that it had to become my new skirt. I'm just so so so in love with it. There are a few key items here that I used to dress up the skirt and they are also must haves for fall.

Floppy Hat

It has the power to elevate your look instantly and it adds a twist to this retro look. I picked the most classic color black because it goes with everything. The hat also makes your hair look better, haha. Besides black, camel and grey are both cool colors depending on the outfit you’re wearing. But you can't go wrong with black.

Pearl Accessories

I started wearing a pearl choker since the summer and yes pearl is still popular for the Fall. I saw bad gal Riri wearing these pearl studs. They are just perfect. They add so much femininity to your look and bring out a beautiful light on your face. These modern pearls are irresistible.

这种软软的帽子立即就提升了整体的时尚感， 让复古的穿搭变的更加帅气。我选了最经典的黑色因为百搭嘛。而且这种帽子带起来不用太担心头发，乱点也美关系。除了黑色，驼色和灰色也不错。但是黑色肯定不会错。

珍珠饰品

今年夏天开始我就一直在带我的珍珠项链，珍珠饰品在秋天的流行程度丝毫没有减退的意思。Rihanna带这个珍珠耳环真的是太完美了。珍珠让整体感觉很女人，让脸上很有光泽。很现代款式的珍珠饰品真的是很难抗拒。

Good morning, loves. I'm starting today with a pumpkin spice latte. It always makes me feel so happy since the holidays are right around the corner. The fall is boots season and I need all kinds of them like my over the knee boots, ankle booties and today's new midi boots for different occasions over the coming months. Midi boots can be fun and cool plus they are causal, comfy and go with so many different outfits. You can create a cool look by wearing them with jeans. But I wore the boots with a skirt and a cozy sweater for brunch last weekend because I was in the mood for a fun, cute and casual look that day. How cute are the sheer ruffles under the cropped sweater! Do you have a pair of midi boots yet?

大家早上好！今天的早晨从南瓜香料拿铁开始。每次喝都让我觉得圣诞节啊什么都快来了，所以特别开心。秋天就是要穿靴子，不同的靴子。过膝的长靴，高跟的短靴，一双都不能少。今天这双中等长度的也不能少。这双可以可爱，也可以酷酷的。关键是很随意，舒服而且比较容易搭配。穿牛仔裤的话就比较酷，我那天就是穿这双配上毛衣去吃早午餐的。这件短毛衣的有层次透明褶边也太可爱了吧。今年秋天你买中等的靴子了吗？

LOVE LANE

As I was trying to figure out the title of today's post, on repeat was "Love Lane" from the Korean drama "Marriage, not Dating". Have you guys watched any of the series? haha. This cute song always makes me smile. I hope it makes you happy too:)

I love fall because it's really the perfect sweater and boots season. If I had a fall uniform, it'd be a white cable knit sweater with a grey mini and black booties. I can live in this outfit all season. Compared to the other grey mini skirt that I have, this one has less volume and is more casual, which works for both day and night.

If you follow me on Instgaram, you probably already saw that I showcased one look from the Limited collection inspired by the show, Scandal, starring Kerry Washington on Good Morning America. I was so excited to work with so many amazing people such as Kerry Washington, Costume designer Lyn Paolo and designer Elliot Staples. 我很爱秋天，它是穿毛衣和靴子的最好的季节。如果我要选秋天的制服的话，一定就是这套了，白毛衣，灰的迷你裙和黑色短靴。我可以每天都穿。和我另外一条小灰裙相比，这条没有那么蓬，更随意些。白天晚上都可以穿。

Happy Monday, my loves! I hope you guys had a great weekend. I've been running around in between NYFW shows and hanging out with friends. NYFW makes me feel even more inspired than ever:)

Back to today's outfit, this blazer is one of the best pieces to transition into the fall season. Yellow is such a bright and fun color. The blazer is also  lightweight, which makes it great for the coming months. I wear a shirt underneath when I go to work and wear it with a crop top when I go out. The piece is so versatile and is great for all kinds of occasions.

OLIVE

Ever since Balmain came out with their "Jungle" collection (Last photo via Oliver Rousteing's instagram. Madly in love with these), I haven’t been able to get the olive color out of my mind.The olive colored structured dress, cargo pants and utilitarian jackets in leather and silky material are so memorable. The olive trench is not so much military style, but the color was exactly what I was looking for. It's such a wearable piece that has a structured top and a flowy bottom, which makes it both work and weekend appropriate. The flowy bottom feels so feminine. Feel free to pair it with a skirt or denim, both would be a great choice. I was wearing the jacket with a long tee this past weekend. Unfortunately, Labor Day is here and it’s the unofficial end of summer. Don’t fret, though, because this jacket will be great for Fall.
