THE FINISHING TOUCH

A little over a week ago I was invited to a brunch hosted by Bergdorf Goodman and Chanel. I really couldn’t put on a maxi or something exaggerated because it was a day time event, but I had to wear something classy since it was a Chanel event. It took me sometime to figure out what I wanted to wear that day, but I couldn’t go wrong with a blazer. Besides the Chanel bag and the pin, my favorite part of the outfit was the bow tie. It’s much bigger than the bow tie for guys and it’s super cute. It’s so easy to wear it with almost any shirt. The bow tie is the finishing touch of the outfit like the icing on a cake. It turned an old outfit into a completely new one and made it classy and cute. I’ve been craving for this pair of sunnies for a while now since it looks really good on almost any face shape. The acetate and metal frames with the arrow on the side are simply cool and classic. So obsessed with it now.

一个星期多前的包包节我被邀请去参加一个有Bergdorf Goodman和香奈儿办的早餐活动。因为是白天的活动，不想穿的太夸张，为了符合香奈儿的形象，又必须是很经典的装扮。花了我一些时间最后才决定到底当天要穿什么。干练的西装是绝对不错的选择，除了香奈儿的配饰和包包之外，我自己最满意的是黑色的领结，这是我最近购入的一款，它比男生的领结要大，和衬衫非常好搭而且非常可爱了。真的是画龙点睛的感觉。配上之后果然是很符合香奈儿的精神。当天所穿的所有的东西都是旧的，除了领结和太阳眼睛。配饰可以让一套旧的穿过的衣服突然焕然一新，它的重要性真的是可见一斑。对了，这幅太阳眼镜我想要又段时间了，特别修脸型，什么脸型都可以带我觉得，中间的金属质感和旁边的小箭头绝对是Karen Walker家的经典。现在超爱这副。

FALL ESSENTIAL SERIES: OVERSIZED TURTLENECK SWEATER

Sweater weather, if there is one kind of sweater I can't live without it’d be the oversized turtleneck sweater. It’s a must have this fall.

-It's super stylish and chic and I'm so so passionate about it, haha. I prefer it in white or grey, but other colors pink, mustard and Burgundy are great too.

-It brings out that boyish casual vibe and cozy feeling that make me feel as if I can live in it everyday.

-I can think of numerous ways to style it, from day to night like these three different looks with track pants, a skirt and these thigh high boots. My favorite is the pencil skirt with slit look. I’m obsessed with this oversized turtleneck sweater with pencil skirt combo.

-It can still be layered with a shirt and coat when it gets colder in the winter. I'm sure you will see me wearing this later on as I use it to layer with other pieces :)

-It covers up your neck and keeps you warm in the fall.

-Anything oversized makes you appear skinnier, haha

-I love love love it.

-超大的高领毛衣特别时尚。我比较喜欢白色，其他颜色象灰色和粉红色也不错

- 高领毛衣可以穿出酷酷的休闲的感觉。舒服的让我每天都可以穿。

-我可以有太多的搭配方式，这毛衣也太百搭了。白天的搭配和晚上的搭配，我最爱的是和裙子的搭配，旁边的开叉特别女人。

-之后天冷了可以和衬衫大衣一起穿，之后会展示给大家看。

-领子遮住了，就很保暖。秋冬很重要

-大大的毛衣会让你感觉很瘦，哈哈。所以需要吗？一定啊。

-反正就是超爱大大的高领毛衣。

COOKING MADE EASY

Not sure what you gals usually have for dinner on weekdays, but I imagine your schedules are packed just like Mr. SF and myself. He works long hours everyday and I juggle between my job, my blog and friends/family. If you are super busy as well, I think you would agree with what we look for in a weekday dinner.

-Having enough nutrition for our bodies while also having a healthy meal. We all work really hard and need to take good care of ourselves. Mr. SF and I have started to eat more veggy only dinners to stay healthy, but we know we can't eat that everyday, haha.

-Spending minimal time on grocery shopping and buying the right amount of food and spices. Of course weighing that with making sure the ingredients are still the utmost fresh is never easy.

-Wanting to try different things and delicious meals for dinner instead of repeating the same thing again and again.

-Having easy to understand recipes to make the entire cooking process simple and efficient. 

Ever since we tried the Blue Apron meals, Mr. SF and I have had so much fun cooking together. Blue Apron delivers fresh ingredients in the right amounts directly to our apartment. It usually takes us around 30 minutes to cook each meal – sometimes less and sometimes a little more. One person mixes the ingredients and the other person cooks the entree. It's indeed a great and fun way to spend time with your family and loved ones. As you can see in the picture, Mr. SF was preparing the ingredients and I was cooking the meatballs. -营养充足而且很健康。工作已经很辛苦了，一定要好好照顾自己。我和我男朋友有时候晚餐会做素菜，但是毕竟不是每天都想吃素的。

-希望买菜可以不用花那么多时间而且买多了也浪费。食材要新鲜。

-每天可以吃不同的菜式，天天吃一样的好无聊。

-菜谱容易理解，让我们在家可以轻松的做晚餐。
