LIKE BOY LIKE GIRL
I've been digging the boyish look a lot lately. It feels as if it’s a look that has been borrowed from the boys, but yet still keeps a strong dose of femininity. I love this pinstripe wool coat especially because of the detail. You really can’t beat a coat with such detail. I decided to wear it with these neon Tibi pants to experiment with the color combination and I love how they look together. It’s such a boyish look that is only complete with this Sophie bag :) Yes, “Like boy Like girl”!
Thank you so much for reading:) Have a great weekend, my loves!

BIRTHDAY GIRL
I got the opportunity to spend the weekend downtown for my birthday. It was totally unexpected and turned out to be an awesome time. Each district of New York has its own character and feel and it was a wonderful experience to wake up to a different view in the morning. I loved it. Thank you to all my amazing friends who celebrated with me and wished me a happy birthday. I had a great time and am so lucky to have you in my life. I appreciated everything that you guys did, including all the gifts :) I hope to grow older with you guys and better myself every single day going forward. Last but not least, thank you to all my loves here. Thank you for all the support as always :) XOXO

COBALT BLUE STEEL
Happy Thursday, my dears! I hope you stayed warm and survived the brutally cold weather that swept across the country. What made my week go by a little faster than usual is the fact that it’s my birthday tomorrow and I’m super excited and a wee bit giddy.
The unforgiving cold here in New York made me miss the sunny weather in San Francisco over the holidays. Today's outfit features a coat I wore in San Francisco right after Xmas. I’ve always loved cobalt blue and I have a number of cobalt blue items in my wardrobe from sweaters to dresses, but I’ve never owned a cobalt blue coat. I honestly felt as if a coat in this color was missing from my closet. When I first saw the coat the other day, I knew immediately that this was what I'd been looking for. It brightened up my entire outfit and matched perfectly with my cobalt blue boots :) Thank you so much for reading and have an amazing Thursday :) XOXO

PARIS DATE NIGHT ESSENTIALS
Happy Tuesday, everyone! Hope you guys are having a great week.
Winter sales are still going on at stores such as Mango, J Crew (extra 40% off on final sale), Guess, Mango, NastyGal, Barneys, Tibi (up to 70% off) , Helmut Lang(Additional 25% off on Sale item), Topshop, Shopbop and Nordstrom etc. A number of brands are trying to clear this season's stock for the new upcoming spring collection, so right now is the perfect time to buy this season's items while you still have a chance to wear them over the coming months. Most of us don’t really look forward to the cold, but we can look forward to a cute and stylist winter outfit!
I wore today's outfit for a date night. I have always loved the tutu skirt. At the end of the Paris episode in Sex and the City, Mr. Big found Carrie after everything had fallen apart and her trip has not gone to plan. They walked together on the street and tears turned into laughter and kisses while Carrie wore a pastel tutu. I just can’t forget about this scene because of how beautiful and sweet it was.
Today’s outfit is a tutu that is definitely cuter and more eye-catching than a previous one I’ve worn. This one is perfect for a special date night. Some days you just don't feel like wearing a skirt and you want something extravagant. I love wearing it with my Louboutins. They’re in black and will never go out of style. I truly consider them a worthwhile investment. They’re always so classy and the combination makes me feel special and adds to the romance of the night. My Louboutins are always associated with some incredible days in Paris. I know one day I’ll have to head back to Paris to have a date night with my tutu skirt and Louboutins. The two are a few of my romantic date night essentials. What are your essentials for a romantic date night with your special someone? :)

HELLO 2014
Hi loves! How was your New Year's celebration? I had a fantastic time with people I love. It’s always great to welcome in a new beginning. 2014 will be even more amazing than 2013.
For the first post of the New Year, I decided to feature this dress I wore to dinner last week in San Francisco. The weather was beautiful there over the holidays, which gave me the opportunity to wear it. The material, the high waist and the off shoulder design are all features I adore about the dress. It’s sexy, feminine and appropriate for a nice dinner out. Definitely add stockings if you want to wear this dress in New York City as it's freezing these days. The dress could be used for a dinner with friends or a date night. It could also work just as well for a night out with the girls.
Thank you so much for all your support and Happy New Year :)
