Hi loves! Happy Thirsty Thursday! Hope all of you bundle up and stay warm in this chilly weather. Some of you inquired about the
hair dryer I bought recently to see if it's any good or what's so special about it. Personally, I'm pretty good with the flat and curly iron most of time, so I usually do my own hair. The main reason I wanted to get a high quality blow dryer was because I feel as if blow dried hair looks a bit more natural compared to using an iron. Irons of course can still be used to help style your hair but a blow dryer can definitely do the trick as well. This dry bar one has a number of good reviews online and it really does dry your hair faster while protecting your hair at the same time. I'm still trying it out but so far so good. Already, I love the fact that I don't have to wake up super early in this frigid weather just to go to a hair salon to get my hair done. It saves me so much energy, time and money. I’ll have to show you guys my blow dry results in future posts after a little more practice, hehe.
Today's outfit is a summery
Sorbet Okay dress from
ModCloth. It looks fantastic with the dyed colors. When I first saw it, the dress really reminded me of some of my most enjoyable summer days. Even, though, summer is long gone now, I wanted to show you an example of how to wear this summer dress in the fall season. I styled it differently and added more accessories like this belt and pair of gloves to make it more appropriate for the season. I completed this look with my white coat and
Christian Louboutin heels. I refuse to put away my summer dresses because I truly believe that some can be worn throughout the year. You just need to style it differently. Do you guys agree? Thank you so much for reading and for all your kind words. XOXO
