TUXEDO MINIMALISM

TGIF, loves! I'm writing to you from the cafe just down the street from my apartment building right now - definitely a great way to start my Friday. What's your plan for the weekend?

I've had this Daniel Wellington Classic Bristol Watch in a white rose gold color with a dark brown leather band for a while now. It's so simple, elegant, refined and feminine. I love love love the minimalist style. Wear it to finish some engineering-related work, to dinner with friends, to a coffee shop to grab a latte, or stroll around the city, or even to go to a black tie event. It's really that versatile. The minimalistic design just adds so much more to everything. It's also the perfect couple watch. Do you agree? haha

I wanted to pair something preppy with the watch and I felt that nothing was better than a tuxedo dress. The tuxedo always makes me feel like boy like girl. It's a cool look that doesn't lose the femininity by adding something edge to the outfit. I picked out a few tuxedo dresses that might catch your eye.

WINDSOR CHECKMATE

Do you guys remember that grid on grid outfit I wore a while ago? It's not surprising that I wore these checker pants the other day and if you're looking to elevate your style instantly, they are one of the best choices and easiest way to do that. 

This total look is from Windsor Store, a womenswear company that has been around since 1973 based in California. I actually came across their site last year when friend of mine Cindy asked me to pick out a prom dress for her younger sister. I found a really cute dress at an awesome price that made her sister so happy. The brand is best known for special occasion dresses, but I also love other cute items from their site. 

As you guys can see in the photos, my hair is different, ha. A good hair day just makes everything feel 100 times better. I was feeling fantastic when I wore this outfit out with friends. I wish everyday was a good hair day. How about you? :)
