Some of you may know that I'll be getting married in one month. I absolutely want to look my best  on my big day and skin care is one of the most important things to me right now. If I have limited shopping budget for myself, I would probably buy less bags and shoes, but I would not save any money on Skin care. Try to eat healthy. Every morning I mix oatmeal with Acai powder and some fruits for breakfast. They are all super healthy. Sometimes you can't avoid eating unhealthy food like I love spicy food, it's fine. Once in a while, you have to enjoy it and allow yourself. 

-GET ENOUGH SLEEP

Give your skin enough time to recover and the cells to regenerate. In addition, you can invest this silk pillow case. It reduct fraction during sleep and it keeps your skin protected and hydrated. 

-EXFOLIATION

Besides hydrate your skin, you need to get rid of the dead skin cell on a regular basis. This peel is my favorite.
