TGIF, loves! I waited all week for this day, haha! Keep it simple and chic today. A girl can never have too many plaid shirts and I always miss an awesome color like green :P The green plaid shirt is good for both work and a casual weekend get together. Do you girls remember the belt it way I wore my blanket scarf in this prior post I did a while ago? Today I'm belting a regular size plaid scarf. It's still one of my favorite ways to wear a scarf. This is an outfit I wore while it was snowing in New York City last week. Hunter boots, jeans and sweater dresses are my best friends for snowdays in the city. This new sweater dress from Tobi is super cute and cozy.

Work has been extremely busy here in Research Triangle Park, NC. It's completely different from NYC, lots of nature and trees and less commercial shops. However, there is a lot of outdoorsy stuff to do and I’ve really gotten to experience the southern warmth and hospitality from the people here. I'm flying to San Francisco today and will be back here again next week for more work. I can't wait to have a blast at the wedding already. Let's stay in touch via Instagram this weekend! I've been digging the boyish look a lot lately. It feels as if it’s a look that has been borrowed from the boys, but yet still keeps a strong dose of femininity. I love this pinstripe wool coat especially because of the detail. You really can’t beat a coat with such detail. I decided to wear it with these neon Tibi pants to experiment with the color combination and I love how they look together. It’s such a boyish look that is only complete with this Sophie bag :) Yes, “Like boy Like girl”!
