I wore this outfit to dinner and a night out in SF the other night. The cutout shoulder top is on sale for only $15! What a great price versus quality ratio. It'll also look great with denim shorts. I paired it with a pleated skirt here.

My pleated skirt is also available in another color and is only $58. The skirt is super cute and chic. I will show you girls other ways to wear this pleated skirt real soon.
