I already have quite a few off shoulder tops and dresses in my closet, but this one is super cute with these knots right by my elbow and it's ON SALE for only $16! This price really can't be beat. Plus the off shoulder is totally still having a moment this summer. If you girls are in the market for a cute off shoulder dress on a budget, I highly recommend this one.

I wore the rainbow stripe dress to a date night with Mr. SF. This fun dress is totally good for both day and night. I wore the Paisley print cotton dress to a girls night out with my bestie last week. Spring feels so nice in NYC, especially after a long winter. It’s definitely the perfect time to rock all these fun dresses:P
